Branding Upgrade
Interactive Advisory Software (IAS), a major business-to-business provider of software for financial management professionals, needed to revise its web site as part of a major corporate redesign and rebranding effort. Saddled with a poorly-organized, static site and legacy design, IAS wanted a fresh, dynamic, and welcoming look, ease of updating the various site pages and sections, and to display video in a more compelling fashion.
Strategic Domain began by moving the site onto the WordPress content management system, and leveraging the platform, completely reorganized content. They also created a home page which had all of the impact and interest of Flash, but was easily updatable through simple uploading of new text and images through the back-end admin interface.
Better Video for Greater Impact
Video, however, was where the biggest impact took place. Architecting a solution that would allow the video to come up in a modal dialog box (not a pop-up) in a layer above the web page, Strategic Domain reorganized all of the site video, and created a branded IAS YouTube channel for video serving, coding, and search engine optimization benefits.
With the launch of the new site, IAS was able to reach new financial professionals, and distinguish itself as a high-end provider through its revised branding and functional site presence.
