Every web development engagement, from small site functionality additions through redesigns and building sites from scratch involve a flexible, open, adaptive, agile-based process. Our development process stresses adaptability of our coding and design processes, transparency in our methods and approach, simplicity in coming up with the most straightforward solutions to each challenge, and unity in forging cross-team harmony and understanding with clients.
Beginning with a Discovery session, the Strategic Domain team works with key stakeholders to assess the vision and goals for the project. This leads to a Strategy that insures that everyone begins on the same page, working towards the same common vision.
The Strategy is broken down into a series of Releases. The Release involves a series of Iterations that are wireframed, planned, and then coded. The release is then reviewed together with the client at regular intervals. Our teams meet on a daily basis to review progress and QA work internally. This is all woven together with continuous client contact, discussion, and review.
